Do I need a password or an account?
No. Enter the email you used when donating and we'll email you a secure 6-digit code. That's it.
How do I update my card or billing information?
Choose “Manage My Monthly Donation,” verify your email, then open your secure Stripe portal to update or replace your payment method and billing details.
Can I see my past donations and receipts?
Yes — your full payment history and invoices are available inside the Stripe portal.
Can I cancel my monthly gift?
Anytime. In the Stripe portal you can cancel your monthly donation, including cancelling at the end of the current billing period.
Can I change the day my donation is processed?
Yes — verified monthly donors can choose the 1st, 5th, 15th, or 25th. You'll see the exact next payment date before you confirm, and nothing is charged early.
